Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email info@luxerose.com.au with your request.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping of your returned item. Please do not send your return to our warehouse before making contact with us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed using the same method of payment as your original purchase.

NB: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please email info@luxerose.com.au and we will happily assist you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email info@luxerose.com.au

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your item, excluding shipping. Once the returned item is received, the store credit code will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the gift giver will be required to handle the return. A refund, if applicable, will be issued to the gift giver.

You/the gift giver will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping of your item. Please do not send your return to our warehouse before making contact with us.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item of high dollar value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to returned items and cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
